FreshSpend is a mobile application that helps users track grocery spending by capturing receipts, extracting item information using AI, and providing spending insights and analytics.

To use FreshSpend, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You retain ownership of the receipt images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this content to provide our services.

Our service uses AI to extract information from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted information will be error-free. You should verify important information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshSpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshSpend and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
