How do I add a receipt?
Tap the "+" button on the Receipts tab. You can either take a photo of your receipt or enter the details manually. Our AI will automatically extract and categorize the items.
Why wasn't my receipt parsed correctly?
Receipt parsing works best with clear, well-lit photos. If items are missing or incorrect, you can edit them manually by tapping on the receipt and then on individual items. Faded receipts, crumpled paper, or unusual formats may reduce accuracy.
How do I edit a category or item name?
Open any receipt and tap on an item to edit its name, category, or tags. Your corrections help the app learn your preferences for future receipts.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including receipts, items, and insights.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your receipt data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which stores are supported?
FreshSpend works with receipts from any grocery store. The AI is trained to recognize common receipt formats, but it can parse most text-based receipts regardless of the store.
